In the workshop, we wipe the lid out dry, never wet: bean oil comes off better with a dry cloth than with water, and moisture has no place near the bean supply. Do I have to replace the whole bean hopper if only the lid is broken?
No, that is exactly why we carry the lid on its own. The hopper stays on the grinder.
Does the lid also fit other La Marzocco grinders?
The item name refers to the Pico. For the Jay we carry a separate lid, plus a two-piece lid without a model designation. We will work out which one belongs to your grinder based on the model and serial number.
Is the lid one-piece?
