The K-Ultra is 1Zpresso's all-round hand grinder: 48mm stainless steel conical burrs, an external grind adjustment scale, and a magnetic catch cup. Available from us in silver and iron grey.
48mm Conical Burrs and External Adjustment
At its core is the 48mm K-Burr conical burr set made of stainless steel with seven cutting edges – this ensures an even particle distribution and fast throughput, the foundation for clean extraction. The grind size is adjusted externally via a numbered scale: ten numbers, one hundred clicks per revolution, about 20 micrometers per click – fine, fast, and reproducible, from espresso to filter.
On the Go and for Everyday Use
The handle folds down, and the magnetic catch cup holds approximately 35 to 40 grams – enough for about four servings. A silicone sleeve provides a secure grip. Weighing around 685 grams, it feels substantial in hand, and grinding is done manually, without electricity or heat.
