Eureka Mignon Specialita White – compact espresso grinder with 55mm steel burrs
Program your dose on the touchscreen, place the portafilter in the height-adjustable hands-free fork, and press start – the Specialità grinds quietly and stops automatically after the set time. The heavy, sound-insulated metal housing keeps the grinding noise muffled, and the ACE system drops the powder loosely and without static clumps into the portafilter.
The Mignon Specialità is Eureka's best-selling home espresso grinder – compact, quiet, and designed for portafilter espresso. Coffee Coaching Club carries the Eureka range; Eureka has been handcrafting in Florence, Italy, since 1920. This version is White; the Specialità is also available in Chrome and Matte Black.
55mm steel burrs and stepless adjustment
The 55mm flat burrs made of hardened steel grind quickly and uniformly. The stepless micrometric adjustment – patented by Eureka and controlled via the lower burr – allows for fine adjustments from espresso to filter, without fixed detents. Maintenance can be performed without losing the grind setting.
Touchscreen and Grind by Time
Via the touchscreen, you can program two dosing times in 0.1-second increments plus a manual continuous grind. A barista pause allows you to interrupt the grinding process and continue later – the grinder automatically finishes the remaining time. The height-adjustable, rubberized hands-free fork fits all portafilters, including bottomless ones.
Silent Technology and ACE
The sound-insulated metal housing with rubber mounts significantly dampens the grinding noise – quieter than conventional grinders. The ACE system (Anti-Clump & Electrostaticity) reduces clumps and static charge, so the ground coffee falls loosely and consistently into the portafilter.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Specialità available in other colors?
This version is White. The Specialità is also available in Chrome and Matte Black – the grinder and technology are identical.
Is it suitable for single dosing?
The Specialità grinds from a 300g bean hopper with timer dosing. Single doses are possible, but retention is higher than with a dedicated single-dose grinder. If you constantly switch beans, a single-dose grinder is a better choice.
How loud is it?
Thanks to its sound-insulated metal housing and Silent Technology, it is significantly quieter than conventional grinders. The best way to get an exact impression is to experience it live in the showroom.
Can I see it before buying?
Of course. You can experience the grinder live in Bern and Zurich Oerlikon. Bringing your own beans is welcome.
Roastery Tip
The 55mm steel burrs deliver a clean, balanced espresso. For a round, chocolatey-nutty profile, choose Cozy Chocolate or Nutty Delight. If you're looking for maximum body without acidity, choose Very Nutty. Gradually adjust your settings in small steps. This is our recommendation, one of many.
