That's why we place a light-coloured cloth under the grinder before every disassembly – that way you see immediately what falls out and don't have to search the floor later. That's our habit, not a manufacturer requirement. To readjust, we then grind a test dose, for example Nutty Delight or Cozy Chocolate; for strong espressos we use Very Nutty.
