Fiorenzato F64 EVO Sense PRO – Professional Grinder with Grind-by-Weight
The portafilter hangs in the fork, the scale underneath counts along, and the burrs stop at the target weight – the grounds settle evenly in the basket, shot after shot.
The F64 EVO Sense PRO is an on-demand grinder for demanding home setups and bar operation: integrated scale, 64 mm M340 burrs, and a grinding chamber that cleans quickly. Coffee Coaching Club is a partner of Fiorenzato and carries the brand in Switzerland.
Grind-by-Weight – dosed by weight
The scale sits directly in the fork bracket and weighs the grounds as you grind. The dose is set in grams, and the grinder stops automatically to within 0.1 grams – no separate scale needed, straight into the portafilter.
Two modes: Direct and Master
In Direct Mode you start and stop manually. In Master Mode the grinder recognises the portafilter hung in place and grinds the saved dose automatically – handy when many shots run one after another. The grinder is compatible with the PUQpress M4, so grinding and tamping work hand in hand.
64 mm M340 burrs with Dark-T
The flat 64 mm burrs are made from M340 steel and carry the brand's Dark-T coating of titanium, aluminium, carbon and nitride. They last up to five times longer than uncoated standard burrs and keep their grind profile over time – important under heavy use.
EVO cooling and PRO grinding chamber
The EVO system controls a fan that switches on when needed and protects the burrs from overheating – so the grind profile stays consistent even during busy stretches. The PRO grinding chamber can be removed for cleaning without needing to readjust the grind size.
IPS touchscreen
Through the IPS touchscreen you set doses and keep an eye on statistics as well as the condition of the burrs. The Sense variant keeps the usage data at your fingertips.

Roastery tip
In Master Mode, a fixed starting point pays off: we start with a ratio around 1:2 and adjust from there via grind size – for instance with the chocolatey Cozy Chocolate or the bold Very Nutty for more crema. This is our recommendation, one of many.
