Flair Wizard Steamer – Stovetop Milk Steamer for Silky Microfoam
You place the Wizard on the stovetop, the pressure gauge rises, and as soon as it's ready, you hold the cool-touch wand into the milk. Dry, powerful steam draws through the pitcher, the milk begins to roll, and under your hand, fine, glossy microfoam develops – the texture that supports latte art and makes the drink smooth and sweet. All without a large espresso machine.
Coffee Coaching Club is the exclusive Swiss importer of Flair Espresso. The Wizard Steamer is a stovetop milk steaming wand – designed for anyone who wants to achieve café-quality milk texture without owning a machine with a steam wand. A natural complement to any Flair that doesn't produce its own steam.
What makes the Wizard Steamer stand out
The Wizard produces dry, powerful steam on the stovetop, which allows for finely textured milk. The steam wand features a cool-touch design – you can safely grip it even under pressure without burning yourself. An integrated pressure gauge shows when the steamer is ready, and an automatic pressure relief valve ensures safe heating and steaming. Two steam tips are included, one for easier learning of the movement and one for finer texture control, allowing you to achieve different milk textures. With a capacity of approximately 700 ml, one fill is sufficient for multiple drinks. The ergonomic wooden handle is removable and provides a secure grip.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an espresso machine for the Wizard Steamer?
No. The Wizard produces steam itself on the stovetop – independently of your espresso machine. It's a good complement to Flair machines that don't have their own steam wand.
Which stovetops does it work on?
Gas, ceramic, electric, coil hob, and most induction hobs.
When is the steamer ready?
The integrated pressure gauge shows when enough pressure has built up. An automatic pressure relief valve ensures safe heating.
What are the two tips for?
The two steam tips allow for different milk textures – one for easier learning of the movement, one for finer control during texturing.
Can I see the Wizard Steamer before buying?
You can see it live in the showrooms in Bern and Zurich.
Roastery Tip
For milk drinks, a full-bodied, chocolatey bean works best – our Cozy Chocolate comes through the milk clearly, Very Nutty provides maximum body without acidity. The goal when texturing is a final temperature of around 60–65 °C – with a milk thermometer, you'll reliably hit that. This is our recommendation, one of many.
