The latest innovation from IMS is presented in a well thought-out design. The arrangement of the holes aims to direct the espresso flow towards the centre. Particular attention is paid to the concentration of holes in this region, which are also placed more closely together. This pattern was specifically developed for use with bottomless portafilters. The strainer basket has a flat bottom and is available in 4 different heights. These variations allow you to customize the capacity depending on the type of coffee used. Compatible with 58-58.5mm tamper, the basket offers a rimless diameter of 70mm.

The extraction is extraordinarily even and leads to increased sweetness and a reduction in acidity.

You have to experiment a bit with light roasts, if you choose such a sieve, you are by definition willing to experiment :)
