Lelit Victoria3 PL91T3 – single boiler espresso machine with Pagaia flow profiling
A wooden lever, a gentle turn, and the espresso flows as slowly or as briskly as you guide it: the Lelit Victoria3 with Pagaia.
The Victoria3 is the new generation of Lelit's single boiler. A 200 milliliter brass boiler, a new saturated LELIT58 brew group with its own stainless steel heating element, and on the side Pagaia, Lelit's patented electronic flow profiling. During the shot, the OLED display shows you which pressure you have set and which pressure is currently acting on the puck.
Pagaia: shaping the flow during the shot
With the Pagaia lever, you regulate the flow in real time while following the curve on the LCC display. That is more than playing with technology. In the puck, not all compounds dissolve at the same time: easily soluble aromas and the acidity reach the cup early, sweetness and body follow, heavier compounds come at the end. If you keep the flow gentle at the start and open it up later, you shift this time window and with it the picture in the cup.
Profiling is a learning process here, not a button for the finished shot. No shot can be replicated exactly, because the bean, the humidity and you yourself change every day. That's not a limitation, it's the beauty of it.
Three ways to extract
From the factory, the Victoria3 comes with two pressure profiles, “Lever Shot” and “Modern Shot”, which Lelit has tuned to different roast styles. On top of that, there are manual profiles with up to five programmable steps and the Freestyle mode, in which you guide the flow freely with Pagaia. You assign profiles and shot times to coffee buttons 1 and 2. If you'd rather not adjust anything, you stay with the factory profiles, and that is a valid path too.
For espresso, we go by the weight ratio, 1:2 as a starting point, not by time alone. From there, you shift in whichever direction tastes good to you. No espresso laws, no espresso police: the coffee has to taste good, that's all.
Saturated group, one boiler
The new LELIT58 group is saturated and heated by its own stainless steel heating element. Lelit describes the result as improved thermal stability. Our observation: saturated brew groups deliver a more refined aromatic picture than an E61, regardless of the heating system. Others see it differently, and our opinion is one of many. If you want to compare the designs, you'll find that in the tech check on E61, saturated groups and hybrids.
You set the coffee and steam temperature on the LCC, in Celsius or Fahrenheit. Temperature helps decide which compounds dissolve: warmer brings more body, cooler more complexity and aroma. Because one boiler handles both coffee and steam, you prepare espresso and milk foam one after the other. Even so, a single boiler isn't only for pure espresso drinkers: the multidirectional cool-touch wand with 3-hole tip delivers steam and hot water from one wand, triggered via the front buttons and regulated with the knob on the side.
Made for every morning
The LCC shows you when the machine is ready, how long the shot has been running and when it needs water, and there is a reserve mode as well. The three-way solenoid valve pulls the puck dry after the shot, and automatic purge and the cleaning cycle can be activated. The redesigned water tank holds 2.5 liters, the drip tray with wire grid is quicker to clean, and the LED lighting in the brewing area shows you what's happening in the cup. On top there's a cup warmer, and underneath there's room for larger cups.
Three finishes, one technology
The Victoria3 comes in brushed stainless steel with smoked oak details, and in black and in white with a textured surface and zebrano wood on the Pagaia lever, knob, feet, portafilter and tamper. All three feature the polished stainless steel side ribbon, the gem-shaped pictogram and tall wooden feet. The technology is identical in all finishes.
Design and feel change the enjoyment before the first sip arrives. Wood under your fingers, the light above the cup, the color on the counter. Nobody needs one color rather than the other. You want it, or you don't, and if you want it, you know why.

Who the Victoria3 is for
For everyone who wants flow profiling without putting a dual boiler on the worktop. For households where mostly espresso is drunk and a cappuccino comes along now and then. For everyone who likes to adjust the flow and taste what changes, and just as much for everyone who simply enjoys the factory profiles. If you want milk foam without switching over, you'll find the Elizabeth3 with two boilers in our Lelit Collection.
The grinder contributes at least as much to the result as the machine. For everyone who wants their grinder affordable and precise: the Varia VS3, or as a hand grinder the Comandante C40 or a Timemore. If you want more burr and more features: Varia VS6, Weber Workshops EG-1 or Option-O Lagom, all in our coffee grinders. With Pagaia in particular, a scale under the cup is worthwhile: in the coffee scales, Normcore for compact and reliable and Acaia for app and flow rate display stand side by side. For an even puck, you'll find Normcore and Weber Workshops in the puck screens.
You can buy the Lelit Victoria3 online from us, with delivery across Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. Financing is possible, and a private barista course can be booked in addition. Coffee Coaching Club is a partner of Lelit.
Frequently asked questions about the Lelit Victoria3 PL91T3
What is Pagaia on the Victoria3?
Pagaia is Lelit's patented electronic flow profiling. With the lever on the side, you regulate the flow in real time during the shot, and the LCC display shows you the set and actual pressure. In addition, there are the factory profiles “Lever Shot” and “Modern Shot” and manual profiles with up to five steps.
Can I also froth milk with the Victoria3?
Yes. The cool-touch wand with 3-hole tip delivers steam and hot water. Because the Victoria3 is a single boiler, you prepare espresso and milk foam one after the other, not at the same time.
What's the difference between the Victoria3 and the Elizabeth3?
Both have Pagaia, the saturated LELIT58 group and the LCC with OLED display. The Victoria3 works with one boiler and one wand for steam and hot water and is 27 cm wide. The Elizabeth3 additionally has a 600 ml steam boiler and a separate hot water wand and is 36 cm wide. With it, you don't wait for the switch between coffee and steam temperature.
Will my existing 58 mm accessories fit?
The Victoria3 uses the LELIT58 group and is compatible with the LELIT58 barista tools. For accessories from other brands, just send us a quick message at [email protected] and we'll check it for you.
Which finishes are available?
Brushed stainless steel with smoked oak, as well as black and white with zebrano wood. The technology is the same in all three finishes.
Can I see the product before I buy it?
That depends on whether the Lelit Victoria3 is on display right now. Our showrooms in Bern (Gerberngasse 44) and Zurich Oerlikon (Hagenholzstrasse 50b) show a wide selection, but not our entire range – it is too large for that, and the display changes. Drop us a quick line at [email protected] before your visit, and we will check for you whether the Lelit Victoria3 is currently there.
Tip from our coffee roastery
With Pagaia, you taste how the same bean changes when you guide the flow differently. For the vast majority, Cozy Chocolate and Nutty Delight are the loveliest start – dense, aromatic, sweet, with caramel and chocolate. For maximum body with no acidity at all, go for Very Nutty. And if you're curious, you'll discover a fruity picture in Wild Peach. That's our recommendation, one of many.
