The display becomes clearly readable again
The cover sits in front of the display of the Leo 55 and protects it from ground coffee, cleaning agents and daily fingerprints. After a few years at the bar it becomes milky, scratched and sometimes cracked at one corner – the grinder grinds perfectly, but the display reads as if it were fogged up.
A replacement takes just a few minutes and turns a grinder that looks old into one that looks fresh again. The part is purely a cover panel: there are no electronics inside.
When it's due
Replace the cover if it is so scratched or clouded that the display is hard to read, if it is cracked, if it has come loose at one corner or if ground coffee gets behind it.

From our workshop in Bern and Zurich
We only clean plastic panels with a damp microfibre cloth, never with alcohol or abrasive cleaners. That is exactly what turns them milky within a few months – our routine, not a manufacturer's specification. For the grinding mechanism itself we use Puly Grind Verde; more products are listed under Machine and grinder cleaning. No returns
Original spare parts are excluded from exchange and return. They are sourced specifically for each order and cannot be resold after installation or a trial fitting on the machine. So before ordering, check the model, year of manufacture and serial number of your machine – or drop us a line and we'll clarify the fit together. Your rights in the event of defective goods remain unaffected.
