MONIN Le Fruit Yuzu – exotic citrus purée

A spoonful of Le Fruit Yuzu in lemonade, iced tea or a cocktail – and an exotic citrus note somewhere between yuzu, grapefruit and mandarin unfolds, with a pleasant sweet-tart character. The "Le Fruit de MONIN" line is designed around fruit purées for lemonades, iced tea and cocktails.

Made from yuzu and lemon juice, bitter orange pulp, and concentrated orange pulp/juice – 45% fruit in total, of which 25% is yuzu. The 1-litre bottle goes a long way, yielding many servings.
