MONIN Falernum Syrup – alcohol-free tiki spice

A dash of falernum syrup brings clove, ginger, almond and vanilla to your tiki or Caribbean cocktail – with absolutely no alcohol. MONIN Falernum Syrup is the alcohol-free alternative to classic falernum liqueur and is excellent for cocktails and mocktails in Caribbean style.

Made from sugar, water, concentrated lemon juice, natural lemon-lime flavouring and natural clove flavouring. Also contains vanilla and bitter almond extracts.
