Plastic Free French Press – Core Coffee Press 1000 ml
A modern classic: the slow press of the plunger, the rich, full body in the cup, the velvety mouthfeel the French press has always stood for. The Core Coffee Press brings this ritual into a form that works entirely without plastic.
Made exclusively from high-quality 304 stainless steel and thermal-shock-tested borosilicate glass, it's the choice for anyone who wants to brew plastic-free. The reusable stainless steel filter with a finely tuned micron level delivers a clean, dense, velvety coffee with the fuller body you know from this style of brewer.

Who It's For
For anyone who loves the full body of the plunger method and wants to go without plastic. The French press forgives a lot and is a wonderfully relaxed way to good coffee. Matching grinders live in our Coffee Grinders, and the Coffee Beans come from our own roastery.
Roastery Tip
For the French press, we especially love coarsely ground, full-bodied beans – our Cozy Chocolate or Nutty Delight deliver a dense, round, beautiful body. That's our recommendation, one of many – your coffee, your decision.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the pot really completely plastic-free?
Yes, it's made exclusively from 304 stainless steel and thermal-shock-tested borosilicate glass – no plastic anywhere in its construction.
What grind size works best?
A coarse grind works best for the French press. This keeps the coffee clean in the filter and gives you a full, velvety body.
Can I see the Core Coffee Press before I buy it?
Our showrooms in Bern (Gerberngasse 44) and Zurich (Hagenholzstrasse 50b) show a wide selection, but not our entire range – the display changes. Drop us a quick line at [email protected] before your visit, and we will check whether the product you have in mind is currently there.
