Rocket Group Head Diffuser – Original Spare Part
The very first moment water meets the coffee decides more than you'd think. How evenly it spreads across the whole surface of the puck before the actual espresso even forms – that's exactly what a small, unassuming part inside the group head takes care of: the diffuser.
Without it, water would hit the coffee in a few spots instead of spreading evenly, and extraction would turn uneven – some areas of the puck oversaturated, others barely touched. A new diffuser brings that evenness back, especially once the old one gets clogged with limescale or fine coffee particles. Small maintenance, a noticeable difference in the cup – for us that's part of the enjoyment, not a detour from it. That's just our opinion too, one of many.
