Fiorenzato AllGround Sense Plus – Grind-by-Weight grinder for espresso, filter, and moka pot
The beans fall into the hopper, the scale in the fork weighs during grinding, and the process stops automatically when the set weight is reached – the ground coffee lands directly in the dosing cup or portafilter.
The AllGround Sense Plus is Fiorenzato's all-round grinder for home use: an integrated scale, 64mm flat burrs, and a grinding range that covers everything from espresso to moka pot and filter coffee. Coffee Coaching Club is a Fiorenzato partner and distributes the brand in Switzerland.
Grind-by-Weight – Dosing by weight
A load cell scale is integrated into the fork holder, weighing the ground coffee in real-time. You preset the target weight in grams, and the grinder automatically stops as soon as it is reached – with a tolerance of approximately 0.1 grams. This eliminates the need for a separate scale.
64mm burrs with Dark-T coating
The 64mm flat burrs made of M340 steel feature Fiorenzato's Dark-T coating, composed of titanium, aluminum, carbon, and nitride. They last about five times longer than uncoated standard burrs (approximately 1,400 kg of coffee) and consistently deliver an even, tight grind throughout their lifespan – the foundation for a clean, clear cup.
Touchscreen that recognizes the range
The IPS color touchscreen adapts to the set grinding range and displays it in color: red for espresso, blue for moka pot and fine grind settings, green for filter. Doses can be programmed for each range, and the stepless, micrometric adjustment allows for repeatable fine changes.
What's in the "Plus"
The Plus version includes a new, height-adjustable fork – and comes with a dosing cup that can be used for filter, moka pot, and single dosing. This allows you to switch between portafilter and cup without modifications.

The Sense Plus harmonizes with espresso machines from the Rocket, ECM, and Profitec collections. For puck preparation, tampers and distributors from the Normcore series are suitable. For filter and moka pot, a hand filter from the Hario collection or a Timemore dripper would be a great addition. Plus, fresh beans like Cozy Chocolate and Nutty Delight for espresso or the fruity Wild Peach for filter.

Roastery Tip
For espresso, we start with a ratio around 1:2 as a starting point and approach it by weight – for example, with the chocolaty Cozy Chocolate. In filter, the fruity Wild Peach shows its bright side. This is our recommendation, one of many.
