That's exactly what the Mazzer 233M are made for – the standard 64mm flat burrs of the Mazzer Mini, cut from hardened bearing steel.
As a partner of Mazzer, we offer the 233M as original Mazzer burrs from the manufacturing plant in Scorzè near Venice. They are standard in the Mazzer Mini and also fit the Mazzer Mini G from our Mazzer collection. If you want a clearer and sweeter cup, the ZZ K202P, a sister profile made of special steel, is an option.
Hardened bearing steel, flat ground: the standard grinding profile of the Mazzer Mini for an even particle distribution – from espresso to milk drinks.
The cutting profile emphasizes a strong, round body and a balanced extraction with lively acidity. The choice for cappuccino, flat white, and dense espresso.
Designed and manufactured in the Mazzer factory near Venice, under in-house quality controls – designed for consistent performance and longevity.
Fresh, sharp burrs grind more evenly and keep particle distribution tight – this is the basis of every clean extraction. When it comes to espresso, there is no "right" or "wrong": grind size, dose, and ratio (classically 1:2) are the adjustment screws that allow you to hit your taste. Espresso is complex, but not rocket science – and every shot is unique, because bean, humidity, and human change daily. This is our view, one of many.

For everyone with a Mazzer Mini or Mini G who appreciates the original, body-focused character of their grinder – or who wants to replace their standard burrs with fresh, sharp ones after many kilograms of coffee. If you love dense espresso and milk drinks, this is the right place for you. No setup is too small or too large for it.
The 233M are in your Mazzer Mini G – you can find grinders and accessories in our Mazzer collection. Because espresso is best achieved by weight ratio, a precise scale is worthwhile: affordable and reliable from the Normcore range, with an app and flow-rate display from the Acaia collection. For a clean single-dose workflow, a dosing cup is suitable – simple from Normcore or finely crafted by Weber Workshops. The matching beans can be found in our coffee bean selection.
Unsure about changing or adjusting? Come by – we'll show you how to replace them and reset the grinder with you. Experience it live, without any pressure.

Fresh burrs noticeably shift the grind size – after changing, it's best to start a little finer and feel your way to your sweet spot over two or three shots. Dense, chocolatey-nutty roasts suit the body-focused 233M profile: Cozy Chocolate and Nutty Delight are reliably round and sweet, Very Nutty offers maximum body without any acidity. If you like it lively and fruity, Wild Peach offers a lighter side. This is our recommendation, one of many.
The 233M made of bearing steel are the standard burrs of the Mazzer Mini: strong body, balanced extraction, lively acidity – ideal for milk drinks. The ZZ K202P made of special steel create a finer, sweeter, and silkier profile with medium body, especially at home with light roasts. Both are 64mm flat burrs for the Mazzer Mini and Mini G.
The 233M is the standard 64mm grinding burr profile of the Mazzer Mini and also fits the Mazzer Mini G as well as other grinders of the Mazzer Mini family with 64mm flat burrs. If you are unsure whether they fit your setup, just ask us – we'll help.
Grinding burrs are wear parts. If the grind becomes more uneven, the grinder takes noticeably longer, or the cup tastes flatter, fresh, sharp burrs bring back the sharpness – and with it, control over the extraction.
