What Lylac does
Lylac emphasizes the fine, floral notes and the silky mouthfeel – ideal for complex, aromatic coffees where elegance and depth take center stage. The mineral content lets the delicate aromas come through more clearly.
Use
A few drops go directly into the cup, or you mix around 3 to 4 grams of concentrate per liter into demineralized water. Recipes and a calculator are available from Apax Lab.
