What Lylac Does
Lylac emphasizes fine, floral notes and a silky mouthfeel – ideal for complex, aromatic coffees where elegance and depth are paramount. The mineral content allows delicate aromas to emerge more clearly.
Application
Add a few drops directly to your cup or mix approximately 3 to 4 grams of concentrate per liter into demineralized water. Recipes and a calculator are available from Apax Lab.
