Hario Slow Cold Brewer Shizuku – Cold Drip in clear Japanese Design
The cold water calmly drips onto the coffee, runs through the stainless steel filter, and collects in the glass carafe – a quiet process that results in a clear, sweet concentrate.
The Shizuku is Hario's compact, uncomplicated cold-drip brewer: high-quality glass carafe, sturdy stainless steel filter, clear Japanese design. We carry Hario at Coffee Coaching Club.
Cold Drip, Compact
As with the large tower, cold water slowly drips through the coffee bed – without heat, hardly any bitter oils dissolve, leaving a soft, sweetish concentrate with low acidity. The Shizuku, with approximately 600 ml, is designed for one to two people and is easier to set up and store than a tall brewing tower. 50 paper filters are included.

What goes with it
