Steam right where you hold the jug
The rotating steam nozzle swivels to the side instead of pointing rigidly forward. That makes the difference when the milk jug is large or the machine stands close to the wall: you get a good whirlpool without having to hold the jug at an awkward angle.
The assembly is supplied complete, meaning the rotating nozzle as a whole. It carries part number T.2.126 and belongs to the Linea series. We are happy to check which exact model range fits your machine using the serial number.
Descale first, then replace
If the steam is weak or comes out of the holes unevenly, limescale is almost always the cause rather than a faulty part. A night in descaling solution and a fine needle bring most nozzles back to life. You can find the products for this in our machine and grinder cleaning range. Replacement is only worthwhile once the thread is damaged, the joint is worn or the nozzle is bent.
When it is due
- The joint no longer holds its position and drops while you are frothing.
- The nozzle is bent or the thread is damaged.
- Steam escapes at the joint.
- After descaling, the steam jet remains uneven.

Who it is for
For bars with little space behind the machine and for anyone who froths a lot of milk and needs freedom of movement while doing so. Also as a replacement when the joint no longer holds after years of use.
Important for installation
The nozzle sits directly on the steam-carrying valve. The machine must be switched off, depressurised and cooled down before anything is loosened. We deliberately do not provide step-by-step instructions.
The steam nozzles in the La Marzocco catalogue
We carry nine steam nozzles in the La Marzocco catalogue, spread across four designs. Which one belongs on your machine is determined by the steam wand, not the machine model. If you are unsure, send us the serial number and we will check the fit together.
On the classic steam wand: the version with four holes of 1.2 mm each; the version with four holes of 1.5 mm each.
On the Cool Touch steam wand: the version with four holes of 1.5 mm each.
On other steam wands: the nozzle with four holes of 1.2 mm each made of PEEK for the Linea Mini R, part number A.6.004; the short 1.1 mm nozzle made of stainless steel, A.5.180; the rotating steam nozzle, complete, for the Linea series, T.2.126 – that is, this product.
Tips for the Autosteam wand: the Vortex tip Ø 1.3 mm at 45 degrees, F.3.183; the Vortex tip Ø 1.5 mm at 45 degrees, F.3.182; the Tornado tip at 60 degrees, A.5.148.
For none of the nine nozzles do our documents state the thread size or material grade. We therefore do not list this information rather than estimate it.
What goes with it
From our workshop
Briefly purge the wand and wipe it after every milk drink – this is a firmly established habit for us in Bern and Zurich, and it is our routine, not a requirement of the manufacturer. Nozzles treated this way last years longer. For cappuccino we like to use Nutty Delight; you will find more beans under coffee beans.
Returns excluded
Service parts are excluded from exchange and return. They are procured specifically for each order and cannot be resold after installation or a test fitting on the machine. Therefore, check the model, year of manufacture and serial number of your machine before ordering – or send us a short message and we will clarify the fit together. Your rights in the case of defective goods remain unaffected.
