What Makes the Fast Papers Special
The Fast papers are made from FSC-certified Japanese pulp, are neutral in taste and smell and add nothing of their own to the coffee. At 21 GSM, they're deliberately thin: the water flows through faster, contact time is shorter, the cup becomes brighter and lighter. The wave-shaped design ensures an even water flow and stable temperature in the filter bed. They fit the Varia FLO Dripper and other flat-bottom drippers. One pack contains 100 filters.

Fast or Slow?
The Fast paper (21 GSM) lets the water through quickly and emphasises a bright, clear cup. If you like more body and a richer cup, reach for the thicker Slow paper (50 GSM), which slows down the flow-through. With the FLO system, you can try both and compare.
What Goes with Them
The papers belong to the Varia FLO Dripper and go well with the FLO Glass Server from the same collection. For dosing, a scale from Normcore or Acaia, plus a grinder from the Coffee Grinders Collection and beans from our coffee roastery.

What's the difference between Fast and Slow?
The Fast paper is thinner at 21 GSM and lets the water through faster, which results in a lighter, clearer cup. The Slow paper at 50 GSM slows down the flow-through for more body.
Which size do I need?
That depends on your dripper. For the FLO Dripper and common flat-bottom drippers, the papers come in 55 × 48 mm and 85 × 48 mm.
Do the papers only fit the FLO Dripper?
No. They also fit other flat-bottom drippers, such as Kalita-Wave-style drippers.

The Fast paper pairs well with lighter roasts where you want to bring clarity and fruit to the fore. A quick rinse of the paper before brewing removes any paper taste and warms up the dripper.
