What sets Fast papers apart
Fast papers are made from FSC-certified Japanese cellulose, are taste and odor-neutral, and don't impart any flavor of their own to the coffee. At 21 GSM, they are deliberately thin: water flows through faster, contact time is shorter, and the cup is brighter and lighter. The wavy design ensures even water flow and stable temperature in the filter bed. They fit the Varia FLO Dripper and other flat-bottom drippers. One pack contains 100 filters.

Fast or Slow?
The Fast paper (21 GSM) allows water to flow through quickly, emphasizing a bright, clear cup. Those who prefer more body and a richer cup can opt for the thicker Slow paper (50 GSM), which slows down the flow. With the FLO system, you can try and compare both.
What goes with it
The papers belong to the Varia FLO Dripper and fit the FLO Glass Server from the same collection. For dosing, a scale from Normcore or Acaia, along with a grinder from our Coffee Grinders Collection and beans from our Coffee Roastery.

What is the difference between Fast and Slow?
The Fast paper is thinner at 21 GSM and allows water to flow through faster, resulting in a brighter, clearer cup. The Slow paper with 50 GSM slows down the flow for more body.
What size do I need?
That depends on your dripper. For the FLO Dripper and common flat-bottom drippers, the papers are available in 55 × 48 mm and 85 × 48 mm.
Do the papers only fit the FLO Dripper?
No. They also fit other flat-bottom drippers, such as Kalita Wave style.
How many filters are in a pack?
100 filters per pack.
Roastery Tip
The Fast paper pairs well with lighter roasts where you want to emphasize clarity and fruitiness. A quick rinse of the paper before brewing removes paper taste and preheats the dripper. Our Nutty Delight comes out clear and nutty in the cup this way. This is our recommendation, one of many.
