ECM Technika VI – Dual Boiler with E61
Brushed stainless steel, a robust E61 brew group, and a blue manometer: The Technika VI is a dual boiler with two separately heated boilers, allowing for simultaneous brewing and frothing – and can also be used as a single circuit machine if needed. ECM is a German manufacturer based in Bammental near Heidelberg, producing handmade machines in Germany and Italy.
Coffee Coaching Club is ECM's partner in Switzerland. When you purchase an ECM machine, a barista course at our roastery in Bern or our showroom in Zurich Oerlikon is included – available in German or English. Swiss warranty and post-purchase support are also included.

Roaster's Tip
You can make the most of the dual boiler by choosing the brewing temperature to match the bean and leaving the steam boiler at full power independently – this produces fine milk foam for latte art. Brew a little higher for lighter roasts, and a little lower for darker ones. This is our recommendation, one of many.
