The successor to the HG-1: Weber Workshops redesigned the manual grinder from the ground up – the result is the HG-2.
What makes it special
At its center sits an 83mm conical burr set with TiN-PVD-coated Mazzer burrs – a burr set in a size you'd otherwise only find in large electric grinders. The 2-speed gearbox makes turning by hand easier, and the large conical burrs deliver an even grind profile for both espresso and filter. With the Ross Droplet Technique via the included amber glass mister, you keep static buildup low. We're the importer of Weber Workshops.
