Apax Lab Konflux – Water Profile for Texture

Apax Lab Konflux is a mineral concentrate that targets mouthfeel. In addition to classic minerals, it contains silica, making the coffee silkier and more harmonious. It is one of several Apax profiles, alongside Tonik, Jamm, and Lylac.
What Konflux does
Silica alters the mouthfeel: the coffee feels softer and more enveloping, sharp edges are smoothed out, and the aroma profile becomes more harmonious. Konflux can be added to brewing water or as a fine addition directly to the finished cup, where its effect on texture is immediately noticeable.
Application
A few drops directly into the cup or into the brewing water. You can also combine Konflux with the other profiles – for example, create water with Tonik or Jamm and round off the texture with a drop of Konflux.
