ORGANIC VERY NUTTY- Dark Roast

100% Canephora/Robusta from India.
Organic farmers' cooperative, "Organic Wayanad" at 900m above sea level cultivated in permaculture

Very aromatic and full of flavour. The name says it all, super nutty with an impressive crema :)

Roasted in Switzerland.

In Kerala in the southwest of India, a small organic farmers' cooperative, "Organic Wayanad" at 900 meters above sea level, produces Robusta coffee using permaculture. The 400 farmers grow everything they need to live in their gardens around their houses: cocoa, bananas, mangoes, rubber trees, palm trees, jackfruit, papaya, coffee, pepper, cassava, jams, turmeric, ginger, sugar cane, corn, rice, vegetables, medicinal herbs, etc. A deliberately cultivated "chaos" that cannot be mechanized and requires only manual labor. A system in which there is no lack of nutrients. This means that healthy Robusta trees have been successfully cultivated by small farmers here for over 90 years.

Recommended dosage: We use 20 g in a double sieve for two espressos. The amount of extraction is entirely up to you and your taste.
