Zebrang is the outdoor line from Hario. The canister, model number ZB-CC-50B, holds 50 g of beans, enough for around four cups according to Hario. An inner lid made of polypropylene and a seal made of thermoplastic elastomer close it airtight, and the lid lets no light through.

Why airtight and light-proof
Oxygen, light and moisture make roasted beans age faster. Coffee contains more than 800 aroma compounds, many of them volatile. A tight canister keeps them in the bean for longer.
