Hario Syphon paper filter holder – switching to paper

Instead of the classic cloth filter, this stainless-steel adapter lets you use paper filters on the syphon – nothing to soak, nothing to store, but an especially clean cup.

The adapter (F-103MN) is supplied with fifty paper filters and is made of stainless steel, easy to clean. We carry Hario at Coffee Coaching Club.

Cloth or paper

The cloth filter needs to be stored damp and boiled regularly, and gives a bit more body. The paper filter holder is uncomplicated – insert filter, brew, discard – and delivers a clearer, sediment-free cup. A question of taste and routine.
