The Ascaso Baby T Plus is the flagship of the Baby T series, built by Ascaso in Barcelona. It combines a thermoblock for the brew water with its own steam boiler, PID control, and a direct water line connection – and it comes in many colors.
Two heating systems, PID-precise
The brew water comes from a stainless-steel-coated aluminum thermoblock, the steam from an independent 2.5-liter stainless steel service boiler. This lets espresso and milk foam happen at the same time. PID control keeps the brew temperature to around ±0.5°C, and pre-infusion prepares the puck. With espresso, there's no right or wrong – grind size, dose, and ratio lead you to the goal, 1:2 as a starting point.
Features and connection
Volumetrically programmable buttons with a shot clock, a joystick for the steam, active cup heating, and LED barista lights make everyday use easy. The machine runs on the 2-liter tank or via a direct water line. From a cold start, the group head is ready in around 1:45 minutes, the steam boiler in under 10 minutes. Control via the Ascaso app is possible; wood accessories round out the look.

What's the difference between the Baby T Plus and the Baby T One?
The Plus has its own steam boiler in addition to the thermoblock, tighter PID stability (around ±0.5°C), a direct water line connection, and active cup heating. The One is the more compact variant.
