What the non-stick coating does

When you texture milk, its proteins wrap around the fine air bubbles and stabilize them, the fat gives the foam its silky density, and the spout guides the stream evenly. For care: non-stick coated pitchers are best washed by hand, not in the machine – that way the coating stays intact for longer. Our opinion is one of many.

Better not to. For non-stick coated pitchers, we recommend hand washing so the coating stays intact for longer.
Which size is right for me?
The 600 ml version is a good all-rounder for one to two drinks. If you usually make just one cup, the 360 ml pitcher is handier; for several cups, the larger 950 ml model.
Does the coating affect the milk foam?
The foam is mostly shaped by your technique and the milk. The coating makes pouring and cleaning easier.
