Eureka Mignon Single Dose 65 Matt Black – single-dose grinder with 65 mm Diamond Inside burrs
You drop a weighed dose into the small single-dose container, press the hands-free fork with the portafilter – and the grind runs through quietly. The 65 mm Diamond Inside burrs work in a grinding chamber tilted by about 15 degrees, so the grounds fall forward into the dosing cup and almost nothing stays behind. What you put in comes back out almost completely – dose in, dose out.
The Mignon Single Dose 65 brings the burr technology of larger Eureka models into the compact Mignon format. Diamond Inside and ELR – near-zero retention
The 65 mm flat burrs are Eureka’s patented Diamond Inside grinding discs – harder and more durable than ordinary burr steel. Together with the ELR system (Extremely Low Retention) and the grinding chamber tilted by 15 degrees, the chamber empties almost completely. The included Blow-Up system blows out the last remnants, so every shot comes from a clean chamber. The ACE system (Anti-Clump & Electrostaticity) reduces clumping and static charge – the grounds fall loosely into the cup.
Single dosing in everyday use
Included are a single-dose container (45 g) with an oak wood lid and rotating metal slider, a stainless steel dosing cup (45 g) and the Blow-Up cleaning system. With the universal hands-free fork you grind directly into the portafilter without holding it. This way you prepare every dose fresh, without a supply of beans in the hopper.
Stepless adjustment and Silent Technology
The grind size is adjusted steplessly and micrometrically – fine adjustments from espresso to filter, without fixed click steps. The Silent Technology keeps the grind quiet, and the high-speed maintenance allows quick access to the grinding chamber without losing the grind setting.
